• daily assistance  with bathing
  • daily assistance with getting in and out of bed or bath tub
  • daily teeth, mouth and denture care
  • daily assistance with mobility and ambulation including the use of a walker, cane or crutches
  • changing bed and laundering the bed linens and personal clothing as needed and/or requested
  • daily skin care excluding wound care
  • daily care of eyeglasses and hearing aids
  • daily assistance with dressing and undressing
  • daily toileting , including the use of a bedpan, urinal, commode or toilet
  • light cleaning in essential  areas of the home daily
  • meal preparation and serving daily
  • medication reminders as needed

In-home Personal Care Services is required by law to protect certain aspects of your health care information, also known as Protected Health Information (PHI). In-home Personal Care Services will use your PHI for the purposes of treatment, payment, and health care operations. A full copy of our Notice of Privacy Practices will be provided to all of our loving families.

In-home Personal Care Services will provide loving Personal Care Workers (PCWs) who are qualified and trained to perform client specific tasks. We effectively recruit, process background studies, hire and train each caregiver so that our families feel confident of the care and assistance they are receiving.

Purpose of In-home Care

To help loved ones maintain their independence and dignity at home by:

  • assessing their needs and abilities
  • teaching self-care and coping skills
  • promoting  and supporting family
  • supporting acute, end-of-life, rehabilitation, maintenance and long-term care provided by FAMILY, FRIENDS AND NEIGHBORS
